By accessing or placing an order on skyopic.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your login credentials confidential.

All orders, ready-made or custom, are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a design cannot be printed safely or as described.

Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before production begins, via the payment methods offered at checkout.

For custom orders, you confirm that you own or have permission to use any photo, name, logo, or artwork you submit, and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

You grant Skyopic a limited license to reproduce your submitted material solely for the purpose of designing and printing your order, and, unless you opt out, to display the finished piece in our portfolio or gallery.

The 3D model files we create from your submission remain the property of Skyopic and are not provided to the customer unless separately agreed in writing.

Custom orders include a digital design proof, sent within 24 hours of order confirmation. Printing begins only after you approve the proof.

Once a proof is approved, changes are no longer possible without restarting the design and production process, which may incur additional cost and delay.

Most orders are printed within 24–48 hours of proof approval and shipped via tracked courier, arriving within 3–5 business days across India.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, regional restrictions, or high-demand periods such as festivals.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the design proof is approved. Once printing has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, as each piece is made specifically for you.

Ready-made shop items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free reprint or refund.

3D printing is a layer-by-layer process; minor variations in texture, colour shade, or finish between the on-screen proof and the physical piece are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Products are decorative items and are not intended for use as toys for young children, food-contact items, or load-bearing hardware unless explicitly stated.

Skyopic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

You agree not to submit designs that are illegal, infringing, hateful, or intended to harass or harm others, and not to misuse the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its function.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
